These crowd-pleasing paprika-scented burgers are light but flavoursome and a doddle to make.
450g (1 lb) minced chicken
1 onion, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat the grill to medium.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Shape the mixture into 8 burgers.
Grill under medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side or until the meat is completely cooked through.
Serve with salad or in wholemeal rolls.
