Ingredients

125ml Alpro Soya High Protein drink

3 tbsp Alpro Greek-style alternative to yogurt

125g frozen mixed berries (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries). Use frozen if out of season!

2 tbsp rolled oats

Drizzle of agave syrup or honey (optional)

Ingredients

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!

Serve chilled.
