Peach Melba Overnight Oats

Ingredients

120g Mornflake Organic Superfast Oats

240ml low fat plain yoghurt

240ml skimmed milk

30g almonds, roughly chopped

1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla essence

½ tsp cinnamon

 

Topping

A handful of fresh raspberries

8 peaches slices (2 per jar)

Additional chopped almonds

Fresh mint

 

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: Overnight

A great peachy breakfast to start your day.

Ingredients

120g Mornflake Organic Superfast Oats

240ml low fat plain yoghurt

240ml skimmed milk

30g almonds, roughly chopped

1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla essence

½ tsp cinnamon

 

Topping

A handful of fresh raspberries

8 peaches slices (2 per jar)

Method

Simply place all of the ingredients for the peach melba oats into a bowl and stir until combined.

Divide between four jars, then store in the fridge overnight before serving.

Serve with fresh raspberries, peach slices, chopped almonds and a sprig of fresh mint.
