Mediterranean Chicken Bagel

Ingredients

1 seeded bagel

10g Flora ProActiv Light

1 garlic clove, cut in half

50g cooked chicken breast

1 sundried tomato, chopped into small pieces

10g kalamata olives, quartered

1 small tomato, sliced

A handful of rocket

Ground black pepper

Dried oregano to taste

This recipe can help you shake up lunchtimes, as it’s bursting with Mediterranean flavours, provides a portion of vegetables, a portion of plant sterols and is low in in saturated fat.

Ingredients

1 seeded bagel

10g Flora ProActiv Light

1 garlic clove, cut in half

50g cooked chicken breast

1 sundried tomato, chopped into small pieces

10g kalamata olives, quartered

1 small tomato, sliced

A handful of rocket

Ground black pepper

Dried oregano to taste

Method

Toast the bagel

When it is toasted, rub the cut side of the garlic clove over both sides of the bagel

Spread the bagel with Flora ProActiv Light

Next layer up your bagel, starting with the chicken slices, followed by the sundried tomato and olives pieces, slices of tomato and rocket leaves

Season to taste with black pepper and sprinkle over some oregano
