HEART UK's North East Patient Support Group Meeting, Newcastle, February 14th 2018
We are delighted to announce that our next North East patient support group meeting will take place on:
Thursday 14th February 2019 between 6pm - 8pm at St John The Baptist Church Hall, Grainger Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 5JG
The meeting will be hosted by Dr Dermot Neely, HEART UK Trustee and Head of Lipid & Metabolic Clinic, Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle. Refreshments will be available
Meeting topics will include:
- Genetic testing for Familial Hypercholesterolaemia (FH) in primary care
- A patient's perspective of family cascade testing for FH
- An update on new tests and treatments
