Previous Myant Lecturers 

The HEART UK Key Lecture is named in honour of Dr. Nick Myant.  

Nicolas (Nick) Bruce Myant DM, FRCP, widely acknowledged as the doyen of lipid research in Britain, died on January 17th 2015 aged 97. He had a lifelong passion for science, publishing his first paper while a 23 year old undergraduate and his last in 2010 aged 93.
