Four days, over 300 miles, two capital cities …
Cycle from London to Paris for HEART UK and watch the finale of the Tour de France!
Dates: 15-19 July 2020
Where: London to Paris
Our partner, Global Adventure Challenges, is offering you the chance to take part in this fantastic cycling challenge. A 300-mile, 4-day bike ride from London to Paris.
The route takes you through the beautiful Kent countryside to Dover, before crossing the Channel to Calais. Then along quiet French country lanes, through traditional market towns with views of the rolling, green fields of northern France, passing the war memorials and cemeteries of the Somme.
The pièce de résistance of this cycle challenge will be the final cycle up the Champs Elysées to the Arc de Triomphe, following in the tyre tracks of the cycling greats, before watching them cycle the same route the next day in the finale of the Tour de France!

"Keeping fit is really important for us and we both love getting involved with a challenge which we can do together. It’s hard work with all the training but it’s also great fun, especially when we see how much we have raised for HEART UK."
