Do you or someone you know have Homozygous Familial Hypercholesteraemia (HoFH) and would like to attend an informative, networking day with other families?

When is it? Saturday 24th February (Approx. 10am- 4 pm)

Where is it? Thinktank, Birmingham Science Museum.

This event has been designed to be an informal and fun setting that will also provide an opportunity to exchange knowledge, share experiences and gain practical support that we hope will help to build a community.

1000-1030: Arrival coffee and networking
1030-1120: "What is homozygous FH? Genetics and Treatments."  Charlotte Dawson, Consultant Metabolic Medicine
1120-1150: Coffee, tea and networking
1150-1210: "Lived Experience of HoFH."  Patient Story (TBC) 
1210-1330: Access to Science Museum
1300-1345: Lunch and networking
1345-1430: "Eating Well for HoFH."  Dietician (TBC)
1430-1500: Coffee, tea and networking
1500-1545: "Living with a Long-Term Condition." Psychologist (TBC)
1545-1600: Networking and Departure
