When is the abstract deadline? 

Abstracts are invited for oral or poster presentations. 
 
Abstract submission deadline | 23:59 hrs - Monday 25 March  - extended until Tuesday 2 April - submission is now closed
Authors notified of outcome | w/c 29 April 
 


How much does it cost to attend? 

In-person and virtual rates are available. Please check the registration page for more information 
 


Will the programme sessions be available on demand? 

All programme sessions (except for the sponsored symposia sessions, poster sessions and lunchtime “Lunch & Learn”) will be recorded for post-conference on-demand viewing until December 2024. 


Is this conference accredited?

Yes. RCP accreditation is pending up to 11 category (1) credits.  Endorsement by the British Dietetic Association is also pending.


Do attendees get a certificate of attendance?

Yes. Certificates of attendance will be sent around one week following the conference and will apply to both in-person and virtual attendees.
