Assessment of the early stages of implementation

Funded by Lloydspharmacy, this report was a collaboration between HEART UK, the Primary Care Cardiovascular Society and Carers UK.

The project aimed to assess the progress being made by PCTs against a number of markers which are essential to the successful implementation of the NHS Health Checks programme.

The report highlights common challenges, and presents examples of best practice already taking place.
